As of today, February 18th, the Airline has cancelled several scheduled flights in France and Germany. Etihad Regional will contact all affected guests by tomorrow, February 19th, informing them of their statutory rights under EU regulations (EU 261), ensuring that they are offered suitable alternatives. The company apologizes for any disservice that these cancellations may cause, and has committed to contain as much as possible any impact on passengers.

The Lugano-based airline will continue to operate Swiss domestic routes, as well as flights from Switzerland to Italy, in partnership with Alitalia. It will also guarantee summer connections, particularly from Lugano, in addition to charter operations with relevant tour operators.

If you have been affected by the cancellation we are now able to offer you the choice of one of the following options in accordance with your rights under EC Regulation 261/2004:

 1. A full refund of the unused portion of your ticket.  Should you wish to obtain a refund of your ticket, please contact: ticketrefund@etihadregional.com.  If you have already commenced part of your booked travel with Darwin Airline (e.g. your outbound flight) and you select this option, we can also provide you with a return flight to your first point of departure free of charge;

or

 2. We can rebook you onto a partner operated flight(s) to your booked destination(s) which accord as closely as possible with the schedule of your original flight(s) or at a later date of your convenience free of charge, subject to availability of seats.
