AIRLINE ACM POLICY IN ALL BSP

AIRLINE NAME: Darwin Airline
AIRLINE ALPHA + NUMERIC CODE: F7 – 033

ISSUANCE PRINCIPLES:

1.1 F7 will issue Credit Memo for the purpose of settling of amount due to the agent or any other adjustments to his account via the BSP worldwide.

1.2 ACM’s will be issued in BSP link only if the request is received and accepted by F7.

1.3 Agent has to submit a request letter via email to refunds@etihadregional.com with all supporting documents and details clearly explained for the smooth processing of the ACM.

1.4 Agent should send Request Letter within 45 days of respective billing cycle with their BSP. F7 will not accept any Request received after 45 days of the BSP respective billing cycle.

1.5 The minimum value of a single ACM shall not be less than USD 10 or equivalent currency in local markets.

Administrative Charges.

F7 will deduct an administrative charge of 15% of the total calculated ACM amount OR a minimum charge of USD 10 whichever is applicable as per the ACM request.

 

AIRLINE ADM POLICY IN ALL BSP

AIRLINE NAME: Darwin Airline
AIRLINE ALPHA + NUMERIC CODE: F7 – 033

Unless otherwise specified, Darwin Airline will generally issue ADM in all BSP for the following reasons:

1. Unreported sales
2. Incorrect commission levels
3. Under collected taxes
4. Under collections of fares / incorrect fares
5. Double Refunds – Refunds via BSPlink and manual
6. Credit card charge backs / Fraudulent use of credit card
7. Re-issuance without endorsements of other airline tickets
8. Booking classes versus fare basis class as per fare rules
9. Published fares and/or fare rules not respected
10. IT fares and/or fare rules not respected
11. Ticketing deadline violation
12. Cancellation fees or Administration fees not deducted on refunds
13. Interline tickets issued when no interline agreement exists
14. Ticket issued with an OPEN segment status whereas the fare basis does not permit an open segment status
15. Ticket issued with a segment status NOT CONFIRMED whereas the fare basis demands that all segments be confirmed

Darwin Airline regards all ADM as being disputable but retains the right to issue ADM for the above mentioned anomalies which can only be disputed through correspondence with the airline or its representative.

If an agent disputes any one of our ADM (as per list above), Darwin Airline maintains the right to re-issue any of these disputed ADM raising an administration fee of 15% based on the value of the disputed ADM should investigation reveal that the agent’s dispute was not justified.

Darwin Airline reserves the right to change any of these requirements without advance notification. All parties involved will be notified of any changes.
